SF " VORONIN"

Public Corporation Sewing factory "VORONIN"  ( earlier: KSF " ZHELAN ", Gorky SF), company`s industrial base, was constructed by the French company “Vestra Union” in 1987. In 1994 the factory was reformed to a public corporation “Kyiv Garment/Sewing Factory “ZHELAN”.
In 2006 the upgraded enterprise received the name "VORONIN" .

The factory has modern equipment from the following manufacturers: “PFAFF”, “DURKOPP”, “STROBEL”, “JUKI”, “UNION SPECIAL”, “INDUPRESS”; presses from companies “TEST” and “MAYER”; CAD system and cloth-cutting complex from “LECTRA SYSTEMES”.

Factory techniques include:

• 85% of German-made equipment;
• 5% of French-made equipment;
• 5% of Swiss-made equipment;
• 5% of Japanese-made equipment.

Technical aspects include:

• in-house design base;
• in-house experimental base;
• self-contained power supply system;
• self-contained steam supply system produced by the ”LOOS” company;
• wet-heat processing line which allows to produce different garments from wool and woolen mixture cloth.

Information processing is carried out with the LAN manufactured by American company “Net Gear”.
Installed equipment enables the production of high quality and environmentally friendly wares. In the industrial process we use materials from well-known European producers, such as: KUFNER, HENZEL, LAINIERE de PICARDIE, JABULEY etc.
Productive capacity of the enterprise is 250.000 per year.
