Policy

 in the field of quality for 2007

The policy of enterprises is directed on permanent support of high consumer demand on products which are made by the sewing factory “VORONIN”. According to this the primary purpose of enterprises is satisfaction of constantly growing requirements of users.

Achievement of this purpose will be realized as follows:

- to provide support of leading positions at the home market;

- dynamic development of enterprises;

- permanent increase of well-being of collective members.

Presently the “VORONIN” factory takes leading seat among the producers of men’s clothes at the internal market and exceeds its competitors on the following indexes:

1. High image of wares of men’s assortment with “Voronin” and “Michael Voronin” trade marks;
2. High quality of wares which are produced;
3. Quality of fabrics of top parts which are used;
4. Observance of contractual obligations;
5. Satisfaction of consumers by the cost of products.
6. Assortment presentation of suit group in a wide range: size, growth, plenitude.

   Achievement of these indexes became possible at the expense of:

 1. functioning and perfection of the management system of quality according to the ISO 9001:2000 requirements (SSU ISO 9001-2001);

 2. effective and flexible system of planning of enterprises activity directed on severe implementation of contractual obligations.

 3. flexibility of production with the purpose of satisfaction of consumers wishes.

 4. development of new constructions of clothes that provide for users a comfort and take  into account the modern tendencies of fashion.

 5. permanent control after the observance of all requirements necessary for the output of high-quality clothes;

 6. application of new, modern structures of fabrics of top parts and high-quality applied materials;

 7. maximum usage of potential of skilled personnel and modern equipment;

 8. perfection of moral and material incentives of workers depending on an final result.

 9. honest interrelations with suppliers.

Enterprises set the following problems:

1.      Support of attained and upgrading wares which are produced;

2.      Providing of optimum capacity of production outputs, conditioned by market necessities, actual production program and commercial expedience;

3.      Maximum flexibility of production for providing of implementation of user’s wishes;

4.      Expansion of firm trade network. The way to the market of a Russian Federation.

The decision of the above enumerated tasks will be attained at the expense of:

1.            Perfection of the management system of quality in accordance with the MC ISO 9001:2000 requirements (SSU ISO 9001-2001);

2.            Improvement of planning system and maximum flexibility of production;

3.            Reinforcement of leading role of subsections managers and regulation of responsibility of all employees in providing of quality of products which are produced;

4.            Developments, introductions in production and bringing out of new modern models   to the market for providing of implementation of user’s wishes;

5.            Introduction in production of fabrics of modern structures and new designs;

6.            Application of leading and permanent search of new technologies, modern highly productive equipment;

7.            Permanent perfection of moral and material incentives of labour;

8.            Expansion and renovation of operating firm trade network;

9.            Learning to handle and use of new facilities and methods of introduction of publicity and PR activity.

 

Realization of Policy in the field of quality is a priority and primary task for all workers of enterprise.

 

Responsibility for implementation of this policy is carried by Coordinating Council; the control is personally carried out.
