Management system

Management system of Sewing factory “VORONIN” and Trade House “VORONIN – Ukraine” is based on the requirements of international standards of the ISO.

Management system of quality (MSQ) was developed and introduced during the 2002 year, and in March, 2003 was successfully certificated by the Swiss auditorial group “SGS” and by organ of certification of quality systems “PRIROST” of the Ukrainian quality association in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 requirements (SSU ISO 9001:2001). In 2006, as a result of the conducted recertificated audit, certificates actions were prolonged according to 2009 and 2011 years.

 Management system of quality is directed on providing of effective management business processes and output of high quality products, with the purpose of improvement of enterprises work as a whole and satisfaction of user requirements.

Introduction of the management system of quality and process approach allowed:

1. to systematize administrative and production processes from the supply to the sale, including the decisions accepted on the high level;
2. completely control and manage all processes on enterprises;
3. to liquidate non-coordination in actions of departments;
4. to improve co-operations with external organizations;
5. to raise executive discipline at all levels.

     MSQ assists for the exact determination „bottlenecks" and development of preventive operative decisions of problem questions. It all gives a confidence  to the users and partners, that all production processes and management are effectively controlled at all levels of organizations; increases confidence  in ability of our enterprises stably to execute all wishes of users according quality of products.

 Introduction of the ISO 9001:2000 (SSU ISO 9001:2001) standard  became  additional «admission» to the oversea  markets, confirmation for foreign clients and partners (for them in the clear type of Certificate on the management system of quality), that the Ukrainian enterprises: sewing  factory “VORONIN” and Trade House “VORONIN – Ukraine” work like leading  foreign producers.
