Statuses of Trade House VORONIN-UKRAINA wholesalers

  • a client who does not posses a company outlet;
  • a client who possesses a company outlet, works on the basis of concluded franchise contract  and relevant certificate;
  • a dealer.

A client of Trade House VORONIN-UKRAINA may be an individual (a business entity) or a legal entity that has its own or leasehold retail space that meets the following requirements:

  • Расположение в центральной, благоустроенной части города на расстоянии не менее 1000 метров от ближайшего фирменного магазина "Михаил Воронин" и если этот регион не входит в территорию ответственности Дилера;
  • помещение внешне и внутри должно быть в хорошем, современно оформленном состоянии, площадью от 25 кв.м. для секций и от 70 кв.м. для магазинов, с парковкой возле магазина. Для секции, рядом осуществляемая торговля должна быть хорошо совместима с товарами Торгового Дома;
    Например: совместима торговля с другими видами одежды, обуви, галантереи, и т.п., хорошего уровня качества. Несовместима с продажей продуктов питания, бытовой  химии, хозтоваров и т.д.;
  • торговое оборудование площади должно быть приспособлено к продаже швейных изделий и сопутствующих товаров Торгового Дома. Для фирменных секций/магазинов оборудование должно быть в корпоративном стиле;
  • обязательство клиента торговать товарами Торгового Дома только на согласованной площади с установленной на данный сезон торговой наценкой.

  • the interior and exterior of the store/section  should be in good condition and appropriately decorated. Demanded area is at least 25 sq. meters for sections and at least 70 sq. meters for stores. A parking near the store is required;
  • for sections: trading that is carried nearby the section should be compatible with the merchandise of the Trade House:
    For example: sales of other garments, footwear, fancy goods, etc are compatible;  food and household chemical goods sales are incompatible.
  • shop equipment in the place of business should ensure with the ready-made garments and tying products sales of the Trade House. For company sections/stores, the equipment should be performed in a corporate style;
  • executing sales of  the Trade House goods only in approved place and in compliance with agreed mark-ups is mandatory for clients
