It has touched his professional pride, and having come back home, Michael has firmly decided to change the situation. |

Workers in old ages ignored morals of 25-year ' dab'. After the next skeptical remarks Voronin has got a bet – it will take him only one night to sew a winter coat (one master needs for this purpose 3-4 days). Colleagues have locked Voronin at the workshop, and in the morning the coat was ready as promised. Thus the strong personality of the future master was showed, and his authority wasn’t called in question anymore. “ marketing strategy” notion did not exist yet, but Voronin applied it intuitively. After the preliminary coordination of time with each client, the precise schedule of receptions was made. « Knowing when it is convenient for clients to come, - the master tells, - I hanged out their suits in a cab in advance. People were impressed: « What a marvelous tailor! So many clients, but he remembers me, even organizes fitting beforehand! ». Such level of service was an absolute innovation for the Soviet person, and the customer had a favorable impression about the tailor. |
